Delivery and refunds

Your report is generated and delivered immediately after payment, by a private link and by email.

If a detail you entered is wrong, tell us your order number and what to fix. A corrected report is issued free.

If a calculation is wrong, or delivery fails and cannot be repaired, the order is refunded in full.

Because each report is generated for you at the moment of purchase, refunds are not offered simply because you disagree with an interpretation.

Refunds are returned through PayPal to the account that paid.
